The goal was to immerse visitors in the world of LuxeAura, encouraging exploration and purchase.
Website Style & Design:
The website design is modern, minimalistic, and elegant, with a clean and straightforward layout to showcase the product images. Its navigation is simple, allowing users to navigate throughout the website without difficulty. The user journey is carefully curated to guide visitors from discovery to purchase with seamless transitions and intuitive user interface elements.
Color Scheme:
The color palette is monochromatic and gentle, utilizing a base of light, bright gray, and black with accents of silver gray. This selection not only reinforces the luxury aspect of the brand but also provides a neutral backdrop that allows the product images to stand out — silver gray: the main buttons, handbag names, and links.
Visual Elements:
High-resolution images of the handbags in similar settings—each one laid out in a studio setting for clarity. Each product page features a zoom-in functionality to view intricate details like stitching, textures, and hardware finishes. Sleek animations are sometimes used to transition between pages and images, enhancing the sophisticated feel of the brand.
Typography:
The website's typography is designed to be both simple and elegant, creating a luxurious and timeless feel that perfectly complements the handbags. The choice of fonts is carefully considered, with Avenir used for headings to add a touch of formality and Futura for body text to ensure readability. Additionally, a hint of Linotype Didot is incorporated to add a touch of refinement to the overall design.
Target Audience:
The intended audience is affluent individuals who appreciate luxury fashion items and prefer to invest in high-quality, durable goods. The website targets fashion-conscious consumers who value both aesthetics and eco-friendly fashion.
Interactive Features:
Interactive features include a a dynamic wish list where customers can save their favorite items and be notified about stock updates or exclusive releases. The checkout process is streamlined, featuring a one-page checkout with options for gift wrapping and personal messages.
Performance & Accessibility:
The website is optimized for high performance, ensuring quick load times even with high-resolution images. It is fully responsive, providing a smooth experience on both desktops and mobile devices. Accessibility features are incorporated to ensure that it is navigable and usable by people with various disabilities, complying with the latest web accessibility standards.
Ad Campaign & Email Marketing
Concept: LuxeAura will use email marketing to inform customers of new product arrivals, popular items that are back in stock, and limited edition launches to keep them engaged and encourage them to shop with us. We will also use email marketing to inform customers of our sales campaigns and promotions to increase website traffic and purchases.
Lastly, emailing will be utilized to communicate the special discount offered for cart abandonment to finish the conversion of the client by having them complete the sale. Customers have a chance to be added to our list by subscribing in the footer. LuxeAura will send emails one to two times per week and then ramp it up to every other day during our three-month peak season to drive traffic and increase sales. Based on the number of emails Luxe Aura plans to send, a maximum of 5 per week during our peak months, the free plan, which includes 200 email blasts and still allows for targeting specific audiences, should be sufficient for our email marketing needs. We will still budget $75 per month for the Peak Season if our email marketing needs change.
